Generac Generator Models We Service
We repair and maintain all Generac product lines including Guardian Series residential standby generators (7.5-26 kW), Protector Series commercial standby generators (15-150 kW), Industrial Power diesel generators (50-2000 kW), and GP, XC, iQ, and XT portable generators. Our technicians are experienced with both air-cooled and liquid-cooled Generac engines.
Generac Evolution and Nexus Controller Repair
Generac standby generators use Evolution and Nexus controllers for automated operation. We diagnose and repair controller faults including error codes, failed start sequences, transfer switch communication errors, and WiFi/Mobile Link connectivity issues. Our technicians can reprogram controllers, replace circuit boards, and update firmware to resolve persistent problems.
Generac Air-Cooled Engine Service
Generac's residential generators use proprietary OHVI (Overhead Valve Industrial) engines designed specifically for generator duty. These engines require different maintenance than automotive engines. We perform complete air-cooled engine service including valve adjustment, oil system maintenance, ignition tune-up, carburetor service (for LP/NG units), and compression testing.
Generac Transfer Switch Repair
Generac transfer switches are critical to automatic standby operation. We repair and replace all Generac ATS models including RTSD, RTSN, RXT, and RXSW series. Common transfer switch issues include contact pitting, control board failure, wiring deterioration, and mechanical binding. We also upgrade older 100A switches to 200A models for homeowners who have added load capacity.
Generac Warranty and Extended Service
We perform maintenance and repairs that keep your Generac warranty valid. If your Generac generator is experiencing issues during the warranty period, we can help diagnose the problem and coordinate with Generac for warranty coverage. We also offer extended maintenance agreements for post-warranty Generac generators.
